Sue Wick and Eddie Mullins joined forces 7 years ago to create Wick-Mullins Property Management, LLC. Sue and Eddie are an award winning husband and wife team who have found that combining their 30 plus years of property management experience to form their own full service real estate company has been both challenging and gratifying and they love it. This venture is the perfect blending of Eddie’s talents in accounting and technology and Sue’s creativity and problem solving abilities. Each can point with pride to their list of achievements.
Sue entered the industry at the height of the residential boom in 1980 with Century 21 and later spent 20 years in the RE/MAX organization. During that time she became a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, the Platinum Club, was nominated Realtor of the year and in 1993 was selected Person of the Year by People Scene.
Eddie has an equally impressive record in the world of real estate. He earned an accounting degree from the University of Texas in Austin and served for years as the Comptroller for Greenwood Properties, developers of Champion Forest. He also served as Regional Accounts Supervisor over a $12 million portfolio of accounts for the commercial property firm of Cushman Wakefield. He returned to the University of Houston and received his second degree in Computer Information Systems. When Eddie and Sue decided to open Wick-Mullins Property Management, Eddie earned his broker’s license.
Together they have 3 children and 4 grandchildren with number 5 on the way. Their free time is spent with family, reading, watching movies, shooting pool and enjoying relaxing road trips together.
They have worked and lived in the Houston area for 36 years and this is home to them. This personable twosome have the credentials and the ability to meet all your property management needs and are always looking for innovative ways to provide the highest degree of satisfaction to their clientele.
